Bureau of Innovation arranges shipping via our preferred carriers. All charges are included in the final balance invoice. Standard shipping is door-to-door, with goods delivered by truck in timber crates. Clients are responsible for installation and packaging removal. Shipping charges exclude any country-specific import taxes, which are the client's responsibility. Please notify us if you have particular delivery requirements.

All sales are final unless the object arrives damaged or materially different from its description. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Bureau of Innovation will arrange collection and replacement or refund at its discretion.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment. All prices are quoted in EUR. Bureau of Innovation accepts bank transfer only. Payment details are provided on the invoice.
